“Donna saved the day and helped prevent a bridezilla from emerging. My fiancé (now wife) wanted a small wedding with just a few friends. Unfortunately for us, we underestimated the amount of work that goes into even a small reception. Planning everything last minute was becoming stressful. To prevent my death by a stressed out Puerto Rican, I decided to hire someone to help with the wedding. I called Donna with less than one week before the wedding. She found a cake maker that did an amazing job even with last minute notice. She picked up and delivered the reception food and did a lot of the set-up. She found the best limo pricing, and even a local hotel suite with a hot tub during track season at a discounted rate! There were covered strawberries waiting for us when we arrived in the hotel room with her compliments. Donna is friendly, professional, trustworthy, and hard working. She knows many people in the hotel, restaurant and other local businesses. If you need an event planned or any kind of concierge service, I’d recommend her. She made everything lovely, was able to get the perfect menu to meet several dietary needs, got us the most delicious gluten free cheesecake with fresh fruit on it which our daughter & everyone absolutely enjoyed, she served, made sure everyone had plenty to eat and drink, she cleaned up after everyone & threw away all of the garbage in our cans, several times! …and wound up staying later, without a problem, because everyone was having such a great time. Without an auditorium due to building renovations, she was able to help recreate the auditorium in the gymnasium, including a 40ft stage. It was elegant and practical. Most importantly, she kept that part of the evening on track for me as there were many moving parts to organize and I didn’t have time to worry about stage design, floral arrangements, table settings, chairs or set-up. That part of planning was a non-issue.
